Morning chatters! I fell asleep last night.
That's not a normal thing?

Good morning :wave2:...is the DIS sleeping in today or is it my imagination? I really need to stop drinking so much coffee in the morning. I have WAY too much energy, but I don't sleep much at night, so I'm too sleepy to actually do anything productive with my energy. :rotfl2:

Morning Tig. Sleeping generally is a planned thing for me, but it ocassionally makes a surprise appearance. :teeth:

How's your son? All better I hope.

I don't know where everyone is this morning. Getting ready for church maybe? I am a heathen, so here I sit.

It is 3 degrees here right now!!! W/ wind child -16!!!! that is cold!!!! I let the dog out- he ran back to the house faster than ever LOL- poor thing was breathing funny from it being so cold!!!

My son is all better and off to religious school. :thumbsup2 I love the reasoning of little kids...yesterday he announced that it was a good thing that it was Saturday that he was sick because if it had of been on a weekday he'd have to miss school. :rotfl:

Poor baby! What kind of dog is he?

I have 2 dachshunds, and I have to force them to go outside when it is really cold. They don't have much fur, so they get cold really easily. But when I put sweaters on them, they pull them off of each other. :sad2:

Oh my goodness. My kids would have been pissed that it wasn't a weekday! Glad he is all better. :)

He is a german shepherd /lab mix a little over 100lbs- lots of fur. your dogs pulling each others sweaters off makes me LOL!!! That has to be a hoot to see!!!

I know, but he's only 7yo so he doesn't look at it that way yet. :rotfl: Even though my 13yo did go to school last year with the flu...I'd been sick 2 days before with what I thought was the flu, but since I'd had the flu shot I didn't go to the dr. He walked in the door after school looking sicker than I'd ever seen one of my kids. Took his temp and it was way high and he was achy. I did have him tested the next day and it was the flu. His reasoning for going to school even though he woke up feeling horrible? He had an algebra test that he didn't want to miss. He got an A on it, BTW. :rotfl2: He chose to get the flu shot this year. ;)

Well, one of them is a mini, so he is a really short doxie. Finding a sweater that is big enough around for his chest, but short enough that he doesn't pee on it is quite a chore. So I gave up. Doxies are chewers. I bought a brand new living room suit, and they commenced to chewing up every piece of it. All my furniture has holes in it now. If I didn't love them, they would be gonners!

Wow Tig, you have some dedicated kiddos, that's awesome! Mine get the sniffles, and try to stay home.

Hey Pip, I am here! Wait, isn't that the cue for one of us to leave? :lmao: We have a bad habit of doing that.

How you doin?

Here is a pic of the pup and one of our cats...

The other one is too hyper to let us take a pic of him. He is a black and tan one though.

Well, nice talking to you again Pip. :teeth:

PSP, are you gonna try to come back tonight? I will be here, but I have to go get ready for the inlaws to come have lunch.
