We bought a big 53' projection screen about a year and a half ago and we had a problem with ever since (luckily, I bought the protection agreement). So after coming to the house about 10 times, they finally agreed to replace it last week.

So we went to the store and picked out a new one that was more than 2x what we payed for the old one!!
