Also, could you please explain how it works. I only chat with PMSer when invited, I don't know how to start a chat. I know I am a moron.

Click on someone's name who is online and a window will pop up. Once you type a message and send it, you've started a chat! When you want to invite someone else in, click on the invite button at the top and then click on the name of the person you want to invite. What is your handle and I will add you to my list. Then it will send you a prompt asking if you want to add me to your list.
