Disneymama said my new nickname was Peony over on the offensive thread because my hobbit name was Peony Chubb NobHollow or something. However, I think Peony is an ugly name, so I just let it slide by.

Nah, I guess not. Exceptional was the highest mark you can get. Exceeds Requirements second, Meets Requirements for third, and so on. I got exceptional and exceed marks.....and a few Meets Requirements marks. But nothing below that. And my manager says I'm a joy to work with,so that's good.
