Denise, do not ever feel bad so bad about not being on the MH that you avoided us for awhile........:sad1:

We all missed you and we love talking to you and we want you here with us as much as you can be!!!!

Thanks, Kar!!

Speaking of Christmas, has anyone taken advantage of the after Christmas sales at any stores? DH and I went to Target and bought a fake Christmas tree for %50 off, and wrapping paper, decorations, etc...We're having it at our house next year. My house will look very festive for it! :goodvibes
I am poor, so no shopping for me.

:rotfl:

want to come take our tree down?;)

we finally got it decorated on Christmas Eve...the day after Christmas we noticed that the bottom string of lights seemed to have gone out:confused3 only to discover (two days after Christmas) that our loveable Christmas light eating Sally-dog decided to snack on a blue light.

So, the tree got to enjoy it's glory for all of about 72 hours. And now it's time to undecorate it.
Oh no! That is too funny. We can't decorate the bottom part of our tree, or put anything under it. The dogs will chew whatever they can reach and mark their territory on anything under it. We had to put the gifts on top of the entertainment center.

Well, peeps, I am off again to get groceries and hit CVS. Then back to relax.

I will be back on later!!! I hope to see you back here, DENISE.:)

Bye Bye, Stephie:hug: ...as always I love talking to you!!!

AND HI AND BYE to Teresa, you sweetheart!!!:goodvibes

It's so nice to know we're not the only ones!:rotfl2:

Actually, DH bought vinyl trellis stuff to make a fence for our tree...that never materialized, but heck, he's got a whole year to make it now!;)

Well, I won't go into my whole lightbulb thing again, but DH wouldn't even think of anything like that.

So any NY resolutions this year?

You know, it's not such a bad thing to have a DH who wouldn't try something like that!;) :rotfl: My DH seems to think he's some kind of New Yankee Workshop dude or something. I love him dearly, and he's done well on a couple of things...but it usually takes a couple of tries because he likes to do things too quickly. Then I come home and tell him where he could have done it better, and he re-does it. It becomes a whole process:rolleyes:

No resolutions...I hate setting myself up for failure!:rotfl: The only thing I am determined about is going to WDW sometime this year!!!

Me either. Other than to get more organized. At which I am failing dismally.
 sorry...I was responding to someone on my apnea thread

NP :)

Well, I think a shower is in order. Apparently my stench has even affected me here, so that is some pretty powerful stuff!

It was good talking to you again D2 and DL, don't be a stranger!

Organization is DH's responsibility...and he's SOOOOOO bad at it!

I used to know where things were in "my" house (when it was my house...before we were married)...now, I'm lucky if I can find my toothbrush. I have to ask him where everything is.

I still don't know why the paper towels are in the hall closet:confused3
