Well girls as much as I'd love to chat, DH wants to pack the car now, so I've to got to run and help him. I'll check in during my vacation.

I think you should definitely do the renewal!!

Did you all live together before you were married? DH moved in about 4 months after we started dating. It wasn't planned or anything...but I got sick and he stayed to help me...then just didn't go back home! We eventually sold his house and were able to pay for the wedding (and a few other things). But we lived together about 6 months before we were engaged, and about 2 more years after that. So I think alot of the "learning" part we had before we got married.

And you know what is weird? I've had room mates before...girls in college and one friend who was in the process of divorce. And after a couple of months they drove me CRAZY!!! I couldn't wait to have my house back to myself...but I have never felt that way about DH.

No we didn't. We met in April and were married December 1rst...it was pretty fast. I was still living at home before that and he had been moving all over before living with some family that he helped take care of then on his own...so it was different for us both being just us together all the time.

Wow! That was fast...but I think when you know, you know...right?

It makes sense then that there was a lot of stuff you needed to learn about each other...

Yeah it was fast....we knew and we weren't teenagers. So we figured we were going to get married so we just went ahead and did it. Thankfully it has worked out....I know people that didn't fare as well.

Hey paige.

I did get out a couple of times.

Once to scrap the ice off my car (30 minutes after DH did it for me) to drive the girls to school in the sleet.

Then two and a half hours later I scraped more ice off to go back to school in the snow to pick them up.

Then DH came home. He and I spent the rest of the day making hot chocolate and mopping up snow and ice off the floor while the kids ran in and out the door.
