I just tell them way in advance that I'm going. I've never had any trouble. I will NEVER go during winter break or spring break or summer. Huge crowds are not my idea of a good time.

Did I tell you I booked my room already? But my dates are flexible, and will change according to whenever everyone wants a meet. I just wanted to get it booked so I could start making payments.
