So Far So great.
Boy oh boy Darlene is making sure this event goes as smooth as silk.
I went in like I didnt have a clue (because I didnt) First I asked the guard were I was to go to get my ID papers so I could cross over the iron curtain tonight, he had the location times and everything I needed. Good thing because I was headed to the second floor where things usually happen but this time it was in the east wing opposite of where I was going. But this time they had the information and pointed me in the right direction. WOW this means that the departments actually talked and got it coordinated. Okay girlfriend how did you pull that one off.?
I got to the East Wing inside the Contemporary, went in to get my stuff for tonight and found there were about 10 event people waiting to help you out, I got my information and was explained everything in detail by a cast member that actually knew everything about the event and what was going on for tonight. I was not allowed to sign until I they were sure I understood what was going on.
I then went inside to pick up my merchandise and found a huge room with about 50 castmembers running around making sure everybody was being taken care of, I looked around and found plenty of water fountains, a huge room with lots of tables and chair I mean plenty of room to check your stuff, just sit pin trade whatever.
I saw Darlene standing in the corner making sure everything was perfect. Why when the nice man went to get my pins I was standing alone in line, I had about 3 castmembers come up to me and ask me if I was being helped. They were extra polite and most friendly They came with my stuff and checked it all for me, they made sure I was happy and then threw me outside after I signed the credit receipt (kidding) They then asked me to hang around and enjoy the area.
Total time from arrival to departure and this includes chatting with some people I found and flirting with a girl wearing a Jasmine I dream of Jeannie outfit (Donna didnt go with me thats why) I would say about 20 minutes. That included parking which there was plenty of. Total time to get my merchandise from start to finish I would say less than 10 minutes.
So from 1 to 10 so far they get a 12. Lets see what tonight brings.
