What were the Seacabs?Where did they load, unload, etc?Does anyone have any information on what will be done during the refurbishment?I understand that an attraction will be added. It seems like The Living Seas is beginning to really improve with the addition of TTWC and this refurbishment.I think The Land is really looking good with the addition of Soarin',plus Living with the Land, the remodeled food court, etc. This "side" of Future World seems to really be coming together. :)

As far as I remember, all they were were omnimovers that was about a 2 minute ride that went from where you exited the hydrolator to Sea Base Alpha. My mom always used to complain that "walking would get you there faster!" It went through the "tank"(can't think of anything else to call it!) at one point and you can still see the tunnel (albeit boarded up) if you look on the right side of the "tank". (I think I remember hearing at one point, it was not boarded up and you could actually see the seacabs in them. but I never saw this). In an old Birnbaum's book of mine, it is called "Caribbean Coral Reef Ride" but I don't remember it being billed as such in the pavillion, only that it was a way to get to Sea Base Alpha, but I definately could be wrong.

I definitely remember these vehicles...thought I was crazy after returning to EPCOT several years after my first visit as a teenager! lol...glad to hear I'm not!
