30!! Woo Hoo
Hopefully he will use executive order to overturn some of Bush's most controversial policies!

There will be some lawsuits filed on this topic. You would not believe the number of bogus lawsuits filed on the Obama birth certificate claim so far. I wonder how many times the SCOTUS has to deny cert for these people to realize that President Elect Obama will soon be President Obama and no bogus lawsuit is going to change the outcome of the electionI agree. I was just posting because there were several threads on the Dis that her appointment was unconstitutional, so this ends the argument.

Al Frankens campaign is as close to declaring victory as it has throughout the weeks-long recount in the Minnesota Senate race.
Frankens campaign attorney Marc Elias said he expects Franken to be leading Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.) by between 35 and 50 votes when the Canvassing Board finishes counting all the disputed ballots on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, I will stand before you with that work completed. Al Franken will have a lead of between 35 and 50 votes. And, at some point not too long after that, Al Franken will stand before you as the senator-elect from Minnesota, Elias said at a press conference Saturday.

The Franken campaign is now confident that they will be win this race http://www.politico.com/blogs/scorecard/1208/Franken_expects_to_defeat_Coleman_by_3550_votes.html

You are right. It amazes me that the law suits keep being filed, the system is bogged down enough. The amount of time and money wasted is ridiculous.
These lawsuits are jokes and are to laughed at. The electoral college has met and voted. It is very difficult now to overturn the results of that election. These cases will be dismissed and the appeals rejected because there is nothing to these cases. At some point, the courts will start sanctioning the filers of these cases. Andy Martin (Sean Hannity's good friend) had to go to Hawaii to file suit because he is prohibited from any further lawsuits in New York and surrounding states without court approval. The right wing wack jobs will spend the next 4 years (8 should he be re-elected) trying to prove he should not have been elected. They will hound him just like they did Bill Clinton -- they will waste millions of tax payer dollars just because they cannot accept that the lost the election. Get used to it, it's only just beginning I'm afraid.

If you google the term, vexatious litigant, you get a link to a story about Andy Martin. Hannity was an idiot to give Martin a platform to spread his crap. One of my favorite memories from this election was Robert Gibbs ripping Hannity for putting Martin on his show and then Hannity claiming that guilt by association was wrong when applied to a conservative but it was okay when conservaties used guilt by association against a democrat. Hannity was way too stupid to realize that he was making Gibb's point for him.I have no use for Hannity, but I'd have though he'd have more brains than that to hang around with Martin. He is a total aluminum foil wacko.

THAT moment is a true gem. I remember watching that and laughing my *** off.
