I've spent the entire day in bed, and didn't sleep a wink last night.

This isn't good.

The stomach virus is bad, I had it new year's day. The first 24 hours are horrible, then you will start to feel better. Keep yourself hydrated, even if you don't want to drink. Gatorade was my savior. I drank it a little at a time, and very slowly.

I hope you feel better later today.

Stomach Flu. I can't keep anything down for longer than a few minutes, and it really stinks cause I'm starving.

If I'm better by morning, I'm flying out to DC. If I'm not better, I'm canceling my flight and giving my ticket to a friend in DC. As much as I want to go to Washington, I don't think my body can handle the change in climate from tropical to freezing if I am not 100%.

That's a bummer. I don't blame you if you decide not to go. As much as I'd love to be there, if I were getting over the flu and had to stand outside in sub-zero temps, I would much rather be home watching on my TV while lounging on the couch. Here's a little pixie dust though, just in case.

It was was warm here today so my terrorists changed into shorts this afternoon. They even asked if they could go run through the sprinklers. Of course I said no way because it's not that warm. Coming from the desert, they don't understand that water makes the air feel cooler when you are wet.

We don't have HBO so I am missing the concert. I'm sure I'll be able to watch pieces on youtube soon!
