I think they are actually all Dick Cheney. That's why we never see him. He's too busy posting retorts on the DIS.

Who the heck is Dick Chaney :confused3 by the way I know I'm beein a smart a**

The Huffington Report is saying there is RUMOR running like wildfire through the Clinton campaign that Al Gore is poised to endorse Obama!

This would be be big.

Wow. I wonder if it's true. I would have bet anything he'd keep quiet until a nominee was picked. If it happens, I wonder if Edwards will counter with endorsing Hillary.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Please god no. not yet.

He'll just endorse McCain now. He'll have to suck it up. He isn't going to endorse a Dem, and Huckabee's a losing prospect. :rotfl:

I know and I can't wait to see the black feathers stuck in his teeth after he eats that CROW.

I don't care about seeing him eat crow.

I just want to see his audience and influence upon them shrink.
After all was said and done and all was tallied it came to actually .....

Clinton having 579,000 more votes from Tuesdays election.

http://www.time-blog.com/swampland/2008/02/super_tuesday_the_most_interes.html

But this still left the percentage at

The raw numbers grew a bit, but the percentages are exactly the same.
Clinton: 50.2% (7,427,942)
Obama: 49.8% (7,370,023)

So close......
Isn't that only 57900 votes?

I think Obama's donation figure since Tuesday is nearly 8 million dollars, so I guess we'll hear at 4pm from Hillary....

You lost me...what :confused3 :rotfl2: yes it is 579,000 but that is confusesing me with the 8 million :confused3

I jsut stated that another poster said that Obama also won the popular vote and I was just showing that she did...thats alll

You've got too many zeros. :teeth: She won by 57,900, not 579,000. Rather large difference.

Also, I was unable to find on that blog where it said that they were only looking at the voters on Tuesday, and not including early submittals. I know that the California numbers include absentee ballots, and I'm sure other states did as well.

And if Al Gore is endorsing Barack...well, Hillary might just be done. Big Al's weight has grown considerably (no, I mean in the party ;) ) over the last few years, and his endorsement would just further fuel the ridiculous momentum swing that has happened in the last couple weeks.

Not if Edwards endorses Hillary and actively campaigns with her for the rest of the primary season. Just mho, and I'll admit, it's a BIG if. I just have a feeling that's what was agreed on in that closed door meeting the two had.

I absolutely love Al Gore and I'd follow him to hell and back - in fact I did in 2000. But I will be really disappointed if he gets into this right now. Like that article says I think it would be a huge mistake and could damage everything he's worked for since 2000. Not to mention he'd be endorsing the wrong candidate ;)

Hmmm....I'll have to think about that, but my initial reaction is "Edwards simply doesn't carry the same weight as Al." (again...no pun intended ;) ) Yes, it might sway some to Hillary's side, but I think a lot of Edwards supporters - of which I am one, though I was already leaning towards Barack before Edwards got out of the race - will find the optimistic message that Barack has to be more appealing than Hillary's pragmatism.

But, like I said...that's just a hunch on my part. Would be interesting to see how that played out (though I hope JE comes over to Barack's camp as well, obviously).
