Please tell me this stuff isn't just cream cheese?

I'm starting to feel a little... had. I think I just spent $4 on wedges of cream cheese. (No wonder it's called The Laughing Cow...)

It's definitely not cream cheese. It's soft, spreadable cheese with a tangy flavor. It buy the light variety and spread it on sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is light Laughing Cow and tomatoes on a whole wheat pita. I also spread it in the middle of omlets and use it as a dip for veggies. It's one of my favorite things! It can be pricey, but I try to buy it on sale or get it at Costco where it's much cheaper.

Good. The first little bite I put in my mouth screamed, "CREAM CHEESE!!!" :rotfl: I took a little on my finger and can tell that it probably isn't, and now you have confirmed that! Thanks! :hippie:

That sounds good, just waiting for some good tomatoes around here, last time I got them they were very grainy tasting :scared:

I love The Laughing Cow (Light) Cheese. I buy a package of four "circles" at Costco for $8.39. A much better deal than in the grocery store, where I've seen the prices range from $3.39 to $3.99 each.

I love LC cheese. It's great for all sorts of things.

Their website says that it's "Swiss cheese with a touch of cream." So, no, not cream cheese. I love LC cheese!

Way less fat than cream cheese, and tastes better than fat free cream cheese4 :) I love the stuff! I like it in celery.

I have bought it but was not too impressed. I mean, it was good but it was nothing to write home about!

Laughing Cow is a staple in my house and I buy it at BJ's instead of the grocery store.

I like lc cheese in an Alfredo sauce. It's great on pasta with grilled chicken.

It's a staple in our house too. I'm on Weight Watchers, and a perfect snack is 9 baked Ruffles and a garlic and herb Laughing Cow. It's like eating chips and dip!

I love Laughing Cow, and I also buy it from Costco.

My favorite recipe using it: Place one wedge in a coffee mug, add 1/4 cup of eggbeaters, microwave for 30 secs, stir and microwave another 30 secs. Place on a toasted english muffin or sandwich thin. I will add a tablespoon of salsa or other spread on the "bread". It's my favorite breakfast sandwich.
