Awwww Jodie you made me tear up.

I will probably be off and on over the next couple of days.

I cannot begin to tell you what all of you mean to me. You are like family to me. We have been through good times and bad, happy and sad, silly times and serious times. I am SO blessed to know each and everyone of you and you truely are like sisters and a brother to me. We are alike in a lot of ways but different enough to make life in our little world interesting. May your Christmas be everything you wish it to be. Wishing all of you health and happiness for the rest of this year and all of next year. I sure wish what was in my heart would come out in eloquent words but I guess this will have to do. I love you all.

Jodie I am looking forward to meeting with you. If everything goes as planned its a GO!!! Yipppppppeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Hi all... it's been a long day here (got home not too long ago) but I wanted to say you all are the sweetest and some of the best people I know of around here! I wish you all the best during the holiday season and I count myself blessed to know you all :)

Merry Christmas to all you Ya Ya people..:)

Hello Ya Ya's!

Went to see Die Another Day today. It was an action-packed, good movie. My 6 yo is obsessed w/ James Bond! :teeth:

Went and did a bit more shopping, and right now DH is making an Andes Mint Cheesecake. YUMMY! :)

Jodie, I hope you have a magical time at the World. :)

Not sure how much I'll be on the next few days. I wanted to let you all know how glad and how blessed I am to have gotten to know you. I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas. I love you all. :)

Aw....you guys are making me cry tonight!!

You are all so sweet and loving! I'm so glad you let me into your cottage when I first showed up and made me feel so at home.
I have enjoyed every minute of it.
I really liked getting the opportunity to meet a few of you and hope that some day to meet more.
I love you all!!
Happy, happy holidays and the best New Year ever, my sweet YaYa friends.

Jodie...have a most fantastic trip ever!!

I will be off an don over the next few days. I did promise a lot of family game time :teeth: It isn't very often that all 4 of us are all together anymore.

This sure is a great group!!!

Nancy, I enjoyed the chance to meet you. Hopefully we can spend more time together! But I do hope to meet up with many of you again and some for the first time :)

I will be in and out today (being Tuesday now... see my thread on me being crazy for clues as to why I am up ;) and on Christmas. I have some family obligations but nothing that will keep me completely away from here over the next few days. But for those of you leaving us for a while, I wish you all the best :)

Now...what a day!!
Long....but fun. My other lovely friend and I had a wonderful visit and a good, long walk around Seattle. (4 years and counting until our girls-only WDW trip!!)

It was BUSY!! I could NOT believe the crowds!!
I kid you not. The sidewalks were more crowed than Disney World!!
I am so glad we parked away and rode into the downtown area.
The stores were all busy. We usually go about a week earlier than this...and I think we will again too!!
I was gone from home for 12 hours!! 3 1/2 of it driving!! Traffic was very light this morning.....but terrible this evening!!

It was so crowded, I didn't get to oogle all the goodies the way I would like :(
We're talking Cartiers, Tiffanys, FAO Swartz and Williams-Sonoma.
Wall to wall people!! Police were out directing traffic (they needed to direct it on the sidewalks too!!).

so....back to my nice quiet little town :teeth:

Now I am so late, I must go write Carol.

Hi everyone! Just a quick note before heading off to bed. Saw The Santa Clause 2 earlier & have to admit.... it wasn't as bad as I thought, but wasn't as good as I thought. Kind of a "right in the middle" movie. There were some downright hysterical parts tho (I *loved* the opening!). Hey, did you see the elf holding the stuffed Mickey? And the "Kim Possible" poster in the little girl's room? I was LOL at those!! Too funny! :p

After the movie, we went to dinner in the rain. Seems a front has pushed in so it'll be cold and rainy for another day or so. That's ok. It kept the crowds down a bit. :) Then it was off to look at some Christmas lights. Sadly, due to the rain, I think a lot of people turned them off early. :( Well, that's my guess, anyway. Normally everyone still has them on at 9pm. Oh well. No big. ;)

Well, I'm off to bed. Not sure how much I'll be online tomorrow and Christmas day since I'll be at the ILs place, but I'll try to check in. :) If not, I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!! And be sure to watch the WDW parade on Christmas morning! I know I will be!! And I'll be wishing I was there too!! :p 'Night all!! :)

Nancy, that sounds like one heck of a day! I was lucky when I went out to Best Buy to get a few CDs that I didn't run into anything worse than I would on a Saturday.

Sorry you didn't see the lights Jay, but hopefully you can catch them another time. I can only imagine the rain though this close to Christmas... we are slated for some fluffy stuff :)

Well all I think I am heading to bed soon myself... it's been a long day and in less than a 1/2 hour I will have been up for 20 hours... I think that is plenty before I need to get sleep ;)

We looked at Christmas lights tonight, too, Jay. :)
We saw the SC2 last month. I saw the Kim Possible poster, but don't remember the stuffed Mickey. I thought the movie was good, but I liked the first one best! :)

I actually seen SC2 when it came out and not 2 years later...
I Love driving around looking at lights...

Hi Sherry..:)

How much snow is everyone expecting???
It is snowing in Louisville right now...won't be long til the white stuff gets here...

Hey Todd!

We're expecting snow tomorrow evening, but its not supposed to amount to much. Christmas Day we are expecting maybe 1-2 inches.

It is supposed to be downright messy here...
I feel a sick day coming on...:jester:

No snow here!
We are so dry right now.
Our ski slopes aren't even open and they usually open around TG time.
When DD came home over the pass she said there was only a couple inches on the slopes :(
That will be BAD news water-wise this spring.

Cheesecakes are done....gonna go help DH wrap the boys gifts, then head to bed.

Sweet Dreams! :)

Good Night!!
I'm gonna hit the sack myself...

Good morning to you all!

Like Elaine, I will be in and out the next few days. Nothing big will keep me gone for long. Looks like you and I can redecorate Elaine....while everyone else is out :p

So this morning its cookie frosting time (the one and only thing we didn't fit in yet this year). Hair cut for dh and then a nice lunch out with the girls. Then festivities with my family in the evening. Owe......my high stress visit!!!! I hope it goes as well as Jodie's did Sunday!!! SIL's......no matter how much you want......ya can't get rid of them!!!

So....have a joyous day today everyone!!!

Shep....we're at the northern end of your snow storm so it looks like rain for us :(
