Lynne, this is in reference to the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade that Beth was in. Needless to say, she caused quite a bit of embarassment to the lodge. (she looks and sounds very sweet and innocent, but she owns a fishnet body stocking, so you can take it from there )

Now hold it right there, sis!! ALL the Ya Yas were in that parade and I wasn't the only one with the air conditioned tush, remember??!!! YOU were the one who scorched the big hole in your own undies when you ironed them and then proceeded to do the same with mine! And now, Kmart is totally out of "standard issue" white undergarments. I'm wondering what we're gonna do for the New Year's Parade!! HEY, PAM!!!!!!! Be sure and get Marion and Lynne outfitted with our spectacular lime green outfits with the white go go boots for the parade! They should have time to learn the routine--we still have 10 days.

Karen, hope the concert went well. Too bad your ILs forgot and couldn't be there. Oh well--their loss, right?!!

Little too much Baileys in that hot chocolate, Jennifer? Love the feet in your jammies!!! Your "ragamuffin" is simply adorable!!!

WHACK! Geez Nancy! That hit me right between the eyes! (Marilyn packs a snowball and throws it at Nancy....HA! Right in the back of the neck and dripping down her clothes. Ohhh, Nancy has been sick. Marilyn takes Nancy into the lodge, dries her off, makes her go upstairs to put on her PJ's, starts a fire in the fireplace, makes her hot chocolate and gives her some of her own cookies and puts an afghan over her)

Jennifer, love the pictues! Little ragamuffin is sooooo adorable! And Nancy, for some reason, you look like I pictured you! Lovely couple you and DH are.

OK Beth, I admit, we were all a little "exposed" during the parade, but you kept doing those high kicks even after the parade was over. Oh yes Pam, Marion and Lynne definatey have to be in the New Years parade with the rest of us.

Can't wait to come home tomorrow night and catch up with all of you. This week has been very busy. You know concerts, Senior vs Faculty basketball game, and just the holidays in general.

I must apologize to my Ya Ya exchange. It is being mailed tomorrow. I will priority ship it, because you are a priority.

Got to run and finish watching Survivor. Survivor, Survivor, Survivor. Just had to get that in to bug you all.

I loved the pictures. Thanks for telling me what page to go to. Things have been so hectic. Yesterday was Chris's 18 birthday. I am a mother of a legal adult. Well, so to speak. I am planning a surprise party for him Saturday night. His girlfriend is helping. Steve is staying in Florida this weekend to work, so he can get some hours in because of missing two days this coming week. He will be home Christmas Eve night. Just hate trying to get holiday things ready without him. I now remember why we decided that I would be a stay at home mom. I am also a work a holic and an overplanner. The hours that I spend working at home are more than I imagined. I know that I could cut back but want to make sure that I do a good job.

I have been so overwhelmed by the kid's generousity. I have received some really nice gifts and feel so guilty because I am only a sub. I really have to run but promise to come home tomorrow night and spend some time with my sisters.

I miss you all!!!!!

Wow! 3 hours later, I'm in my flannel jammies (no feet) and I'm Survivored out! The outcome was exactly how I thought it would be and I'm a happy camper
And the NEXT Survivor looks pretty brutal. However, I'm waiting for 'Survivor; Canadian Tundra'

OYE!! What a day!! Class Christmas party, more Christmas shopping, rain rain and more rain.... also, Tom and Cam both had dr. appts. with the dermatologist today at 4:30. For some reason the wait in the waiting room AND the wait in the exam room was unbelievably long!! Finally got out of there at about 6:00, drove half way home (20 min drive) but then realized we'd left Tom's truck in town. We'd parked it at the school and gone to the dr. in my car. Guess we were so happy to finally get out of the doctor's office, we just made a beeline for home. Sooo... had to turn around and drive all the way back, not to mention to the other side of town, to get the truck.

I had every intention of ketching up tonight.... but I'm a tired YaYa. I did see where Jennifer and Jay were both fighting a little case of the blues. Well... you both know how well I can relate to that! Neither one of you deserve to have to deal with a nasty case of the blues. Big time hugs to you both and remember we YaYas love ya both bunches.

Hey! I saw a pic of Nancy and hubby a little ways back! Very nice Nancy!! Oh oh!! I also saw bits of Jennifer's house! Hee~ I actually find myself looking at the background in pics almost as much as I do the subject. Speaking of subjects... that pic of Emily is adorable! What a cutie pie!

Ack! Brain fade! Who asked me what the best time to go to DL was? Was that you Nancy? Ummm... as a Californian, I'm ashamed to admit this...but I'm really not sure what the best time is. I would assume the same time periods that are best for WDW, might also apply to DL, but I really don't know. The best thing to do would probably be to visit the DL board... there are some true blue DL experts over there.

Beth, going during the Halloween season would definitely be a lot of fun!! I've been back there three times now during the Christmas season, so wouldn't really mind missing out on the decorations next time. Actually, they almost seem the norm to me now since... with the exception of our first trip... that's the only way I've ever seen the parks.

Well lookie there! I did a ketchup after all. Well, sort've. I probably ignored way too many of ya'll, but my brain went to bed about 30 min. ago...and now I think it's time for my body to follow. I've got a birthday party Saturday that I need to start getting ready for tomorrow, and still have a ton to do before we're ready to deal with 9/ 11-13 yo boys running amuck in my house.
