We have unbelievable winds here today! We've got STEADY 20-40 mph winds and wind gusts to 60 mph!!! They're saying that by this afternoon the wind gusts could possible be to 70 mph.

I am working on our taxes! It doesn't look good. We'll be getting a refund but nothing like we're used to!

-4! Our wind chills are taking us into single digits but the actual temp isn't all that bad. If the darn wind would just stop.

We lost our table umbrella to the wind. We leave it out all year. The wind knocked the table over and snapped the umbrella. The table has a glass top so we're lucky it didn't break!

that's the killer here too!!!

sorry about your umbrella, we have no patio casulties as of yet, but our roof is taking a beating today!!! first the 14" of snow now the freezing wind!!!!

is right!!!! I just got the first load out of the dryer....60 minutes faster than my old dryer would have done it!!!! My electric bill should be going down!

OK, here it is. I got my first about 10 years ago, and it is addicting! This one was done about 2 years ago.

Cool!! Very rich in color, Great looking!!!

I think there are going to be four or six at a table. I think I'd rather it be tables for two and I'd just sit alone instead of feeling like a fifth wheel with one or two other couples.

Who knows, maybe he'll make it in the nick of time.

I think this is Our new favorite resort-it was fantastic!!!!

I was going to ask how was CSR.... but now I know!!!

Which area did you stay in???


We have never tried it, but were considering it for sometime in 2009.

Since it was my Birhtday-Our server made me go out in front of the entire restraurant and had everyone sing Happy Birhtday to me-a bit embrassing to say the least!!!

SOUND LIKE FUN!!!

We deceided to head back to the resort too since it was very HOT and sunny and the Kids wanted to go swimming-We had a great time swimming and then showered and headed to DtD for our ADR to Captn Jacks-It was so good

Hardly anyone was there and we got seated right away-our food only took maybe 15 minutes to get to the table-any everything tasted good-A new favorite of the Kids!!!

Sorry about your SIL going to AK.

We have made Captn Jacks one of our new favorites too!!

We then headed out to ride more ride!!! We stayed until 12:30am and had a blast-we watched Wishes from the Thunder Mountain Railroad and we were lucky enough to be on it right as the grand finale was going off-it was magical!!!

We also had another lost item episode-Catie had purchased some disney candy holders for all of her friends and I asked her to put it in my bag-she was no-I wont lose it!! Well after Buzz -guess what-no bag -so back we went to ask if anything was turned in-nothing there

So we went to City Hall and asked there-nothing,but since I had the receipt the CM said if I could go with her across the street-Get this!!!!

She re-purchased everything !!! She said it was policy if something is lost or stolen(not turned in) that Disney will replace it if you have the receipt-She left us in total disbelief-with a wave and said "have a Magical night!!!"

So all in all we had a Great time, great weather and good time with friends and family!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!

You sure became familiar with the Lost and Found This trip!!!

I think we might go and get a family picture taken. We have not gotten a family one since Ashli was a baby.

I highly recomend it!!! we just got ours and even though I had to fight with my brother to do it, it turned out GREAT!!! we also got couples and kid pictures taken too!!!

It was GREAT Kelli! Thanks for asking!

DH made it in the nick of time. He had just enough time to come home and get changed and we were off! He was so funny, though. He didn't have time to shower and they had busted a meth lab and he kept asking "Do I smell? I feel like I still smell like the lab!" A little cologne before we left the house and he smelled fine!

Dinner wasn't as nice as I had expected. The guy that did the catering has quite a reputation but we just didn't feel that it was all that great - no better than anything I could have cooked.

But the show after dinner was FANTASTIC. The guy's name is Kenny Evans and he is an awesome singer. He sang songs from the 50's and 60's (which DH and I love.) He had been an opening act for country singers in the late 80's and early 90's and opened for acts like Kenny Chesney and Toby Keith! (That's how good he is.) But he gave that up to work with his church and sing in Pigeon Forge. He currently has his show at the County Tonite theatre in Pigeon Forge so DH and I are hoping to catch his show there next time we go over there.

This was a very small affair - less than 100 guests! And he mingled and talked to all of us.

I'm just so glad that we were able to go ("we" being the key word there ) because we had such a nice time.

Glad both of you got to go. Sounds like fun.
