They have about a dozen different types of cream that basically appear to do the same thing with a different price tag and name. How in the heck would you figure out which one you want.

Hopefully they wouldn't try to tell you that the most expensive is the best, because it frequently isn't. Very hard to decide with that many choices. I guess you try them over a period of months, and see which you like best?
