Half of my shopping was fruit and veg. Stocking up for DS' school lunch box next week.

Yeah. I got milk and a loaf of bread as well. DS will be happy....I got soft white bread. DH usually does the shopping and normally gets wholewheat bread.

I had some bread today but I need to stay away for awhile. I crave peanut butter by itself with milk. That makes a good dessert for me.

The only wheat bread I like is earth grains. I wonder if dana is trying to get her computer working.

We saw our Dr. today and she told me that I shouldn't have any dairy or carbs....
