Now that it's summer I should be making potato and pasta salads.

Now that I had dinner I don't have actual chinese food leftovers, but a bunch of rice.

The idea of the lunch was lots of salads since it was a really hot day.

We're never going to finish off all the chinese food. I'll have it for breakfast tomorrow, not sure for how long it will be good.

A lot of rice is good.... after all how can a billion Chinese be wrong?

Don't potatos turn to mush when frozen at home? Never thought of freezing a pasta salad but if it has mayo in the dressing that may not work well either.

Actually there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING left from the pics I posted. The freezing comment was for the Chinese Food. But we will have eaten enough that it won't be a shame to throw it away tomorrow.
