I learned today that I should check out the news more

I turned it on today to realize my state is in TERMOIL

the Governor is involved in a huge prostitution scandal.............

I wouldn't worry about your state too much, I mean, he's just one that got caught doing something stupid. It seems a lot of people in power do a lot of that sort of thing. They get elected, and their common sense, and sense of right and wrong leave them. I do not understand why.

which is why I don't like to watch the news especially when the kids are around.

Here I am working on our pc and it feels so weird.

And our old dog is showing his age.. I've had to clean up accidents two mornings in row.

It always amazing me that they don't think they will get caught.

True, and they don't seem to realize that, in most cases, 30-50 percent of the people didn't vote for them, and some might be prosecutors looking to make a name for themselves!
