Good morning!

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers for us yesterday. The situation that DH had been called out for ended around noon. It was in a neighboring county and they called our county for back-up. One person was killed, one was taken hostage and the killer had fled into the snowy woods with the hostage. That had happened at 10 p.m. Tuesday night. He finally gave up around noon yesterday. Very sad situation. But thankfully only one law enforcement officer was injured and his injuries weren't life threatening. The killer had shot at him while he was in his vehicle and it shattered the windshield and he got cut with the glass.
