The Land closing, will this affect restaurants like Garden Grill?

We are taking our first trip to Disney in Feb, 2005, and now I have read that one thing closed during that time is The Land in Epcot. I was going to make PS for the Garden Grill on one of the days that we are going to be at Epcot. I haven't been to Disney before, so I don't know the whole layout. Do you think the Garden Grill will still be open? If it is, the attraction for us was going to be the rotating view, will there still be one, or will it be of construction? I'm getting ready to make PS at all the restaurants we want to go to, so I would love to hear what you all think.

I would say, based on this, the whole Land, GG included, will be closed. That is how I read it.
