Does anyone know if the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream is included on the Dining Plan?

I have read somewhere on these boards that it is not, but can't remember where. The sundaes at Beaches and Cream are big enough for 2 to share and we are HUGE ice cream eaters.

Although it is not stated on Disney's brochure. It is not included in the plan.
It's been tried & denied.
