I have heard about it...but exactly what is it and does anyone have a picture of it and where can you get one? thanks!!

You have to go to Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club. It costs around $21.00 - it is tons of ice cream topped with every topping they have! I think they make a big deal of serving it to you, also.

I had the kitchen sink (with 7 friends) in May of 2002. It was awesome. You could find the exact price by going to Deb's site at www.allearsnet.com to look at the menu. You can order the kitchen sink at the Beaches and Cream Soda Shop at the Yacht and Beach Club resort. They flash the lights when they bring it out, announcing to the restuarant.

The kitchen sink contains one scoop of each ice cream they have (8 in all), plus some of each topping. It was a very fun event, and between 8 of us girls, we barely finished it.

We are going back in November and will probably head to B&C for another!!!

(I can't post the photo b/c it's not linked to a website. I can email it to you if you want. )

mla973... you forgot some words! lol

My kids are STILL quoting the spiel they give when they bring out a kitchen sink 10 months later .... "8 scoops of ice cream (sorry, but I don't remember ALL the flavors) EVERY topping in the house, a WHOLE CAN of whipped cream and topped with cherries.... and it goes to the little piggies sitting at THIS table..."

We were at Disney World the 2nd week of July -- 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 4 children. We ordered 2 kitchen sinks. The adults finished theirs in a fair short period of time. The kids ate over 1/2 of theirs and then the adults finished up that one too.

I will post pictures as soon as I get them.

I just sent a PM to fellow DISer, Geffric, because I know she has a picture. Gave her a link to this thread.....I'm sure she'll post it tomorrow. It's almost bedtime here, but I'll take a few minutes to search for it, might find it before the sandman comes!

I haven't tried it, but I think you must have at least 5 HUNGRY people to polish that thing off:D Otherwise it melts into a big goopy mess fairly quickly. Lots of other good treats at B&C.:earsboy:
