Hi all. I have a few of questions regarding the Kitchen Sink............

1. Is it at Beaches and Cream or 50's Prime Time?

2. How many scoops of ice-cream does it have?

3. If there are 5 of us, can we pool the dessert portion of our dining credit and order that instead of everyone ordering a seperate dessert and the Sink?

3a. Has anyone done that?

:thanks:

8 Scoops. Sadly, not available on the dinning plan even if you pool credits.

It is 8 scoops plus every topping that they have. Here is a pic.

of course it has melted some by this point. But it makes for a fun time. I think it is well worth the $ and you end up spending just as much with individual desserts.

It does look like SO much fun and I know the kids would get such a kick out of it.

Now that I know it's a TS, it's a OOP option.

8 scoops. 1 can of whipping cream and every topping that you can imagine plus oreos and brownies and twinkies and lots of other stuff... it is amazing..

It's sounds incredible!

Do we need to make an ADR if we are just having dessert?

Nope... don't have to make an ADR for dessert... or dinner.... or lunch... or a snack... Beaches & Cream doesn't take ADRs. It's a SMALL place, first come, first seated. But, it's worth the wait if you can afford it! (couldn't afford it on the day we were leaving, we would have been seated right about the time that we'd have to be leaving to head to the airport). So, plan to either go at an off time, or, give yourself some time for the wait, but whatever you do, Enjoy the Magic!

Thanks, that's good to know! This will be our first trip and we are so excited. I love learning about all of the extra little fun things like the Kitchen Sink. :goodvibes

it is big enough to serve as a meal for 4-5 people and you still won't finish it!

We got it ? 4 yrs ago when daughters were 4 and 8...they were so excited that the waitress asked them if they wanted to make it themselves and they were brought behind the counter, given aprons and gloves and went to town scooping ice cream, adding toppings, brownies, cookies, sprinkles, bananas, spraying a whole can of whipped cream on the top and then adding more junk...MY GOSH THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A KITHEN SICK IN THERE FOR A LL WE KNOW !!!!

it was worths the pictures trying to watch them eat it...(it is served in a kitchen sick)

do it, pay OOP and skip a meal..... :cool1: :dance3:

:thumbsup2 How cool that they got to make it themselves! I bet that was SO much fun. :woohoo:

It's for sure on the itinerary and we'll do it on a an MGM day.

yeah my family of 4 all tried to eat it, but we came no where close to finishing! although that might be because we just ate dinner, but it was definitley worth the money! we paid OOP and the kids were in love with it! it was really a great idea.

:thumbsup2 Do you have a pic? It would be fun for everyone to post pics of them pigging out on the Kitchen Sink. The kids are so cute when they are all chocolatey! :rotfl:

haha! no sadly we forgot to bring our cameras when we ate there! we almost went back to get them, but realized we'd lose our place in line! so we just have our memories.

4 of us eat one, to many candies in it for me. Rather have more scoops in it.

Hi we had it on our last trip and there were 5 of us and we were allowed to pool our DDP dessert for it.
