Hey all you young Disney fans! I'm a middle school librarian and fellow fan with two teenage sons. I just finished a fun and exciting book titled "THE KINGDOM KEEPERS". It's a new book published by Disney Editions. The author is Ridley Pearson. This book was very enjoyable to read. It's a "fantastical thriller" in which five teens who are interactive holographic park tour guides find themselves "pitted against Disney villains and witches that threaten both the future of Walt Disney World and the stability of the world outside its walls."
Read the book and see what goes on "after hours" when the park is closed.

He gave a talk and was signing books at a local bookstore. My mom bought both of those books for the kids to read on the trip down. She said he gave a fantastic talk!!

Also try reading "Down and out in the Magic Kingdom" by Cory Doctorow.

Is |"Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom" geared to the adult reader...or to children?

As far as the age group to which Down and Out in The Magic Kingdom is geared towards...

I would have to say "light adult".

Nothing graphic, but themes/situations of infidelity are plot points.
It's nothing I would be uncomfortable having my niece read. Certainly nothing worse than network TV after 8 pm or a soap opera.

If it's a concern, read it before you give it to your kids.

I just finished the book today! I was reading it a stoplights on the way to work. It's really gotten me interested in VMK and going back to WDW.

I read Kingdom Keepers and read in one day and for me n ot a good idea hint hint let your eyes take a rest. It was a good book and I could not put it down though lol
