It would appear that when Alfredo's closes, the new place will open the next day. So why aren't they letting us make ADR's??? Do you think they will open and just take walk-ins for a bit? I have a Chefs reservation Sept 7 and though I have eaten once there and enjoyed it, I would drop it like a hot potato for a shot at some decent Italian. What's the deal? Any insiders have a line??

I was told that they weren't taking ressies until they opened. So we're keeping our fingers crossed that they open before we arrive. I'm on hold right now trying to change my Teppanyaki ressie for Sept. due to renovations taking longer than expected. I think they are smart not to book people in advance. It's much easier for them to book after they open than have to deal with changing or cancelling people if they are not on schedule.

We have tried several times to make ressies at the new Italian restaurant in EPCOT for September. Every time they have told me that they were not taking ressies just yet and this is because they are waiting to see what happens once the place closes. The new owners may have to make some quick renovations before they start to take customers in and next year they are going to do a complete refurbishment.
