The Irish are going to Disneyland.

me to! Was starting to panick that it wouldn't go through! Was really trying to avoid having to make a phone call to America like :goodvibes

I am lucky in that respect. I get free calls to the USA provided that each call does not last longer than an hour.

This week has been super busy and tiring.

I went through the new schedule with Momma though and she says for anything she doesn't like she's going to sit in the hotel reading so if I decide to go on the Walk in Walts footsteps tour she's staying in the hotel! :lmao:

I also decided to order my photopass plus just in case it takes a while to arrive. I bought vinyls from Paris and one of them was damaged so they said send it back and two weeks later they're still claiming they haven't got it yet so if the postage between Ireland and France takes over two weeks how long will it take for photopass details to get to Ireland from America :lmao:

I am glad that you get to do the A Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour. I am so excited about this. I hope that your Photopass pack gets to you nice and quick.

I haven't decided on the Walk in Walt's footsteps tour but if I do it Momma isn't anyway. Will see what happens. :goodvibes

Hey there!!! I'm a little late to the party, but your plans sound really exciting. I can't wait to hear all about how much you love Disneyland!! :goodvibes

Welcome. Not late I was really early starting :rotfl: Only 51 days to go though :)

Although it's met with some objection I have finalized our trip plan

Day 1: fly
Day 2: Storytellers and DL
Day 3: LA tour
Day 4: Surfs up and DCA
Day 5: DTD ad if it's warm enough maybe pool time.
Day 6: DL will use magic morning hours this day and if we decide to do it will also do holiday tour this day.
Day 7: Outlets
Day 8: Warner brothers combo tour.
Day 9: DCA
Day 10: DL
Day 11: Home

I decided against the Walt tour that I found outside the park because the website isn't updated since May and it still says coming soon. While it looks like it could be interesting it's expensive and I don't trust the fact the website isn't updated. I mailed the company because they're the same people with the Warner brothers combo tour and they said it's just not updated because they're trying to get a partnership with some disney website or something but still I'd prefere to hear from someone who's done the tour before chancing it! Anyway the Warner brothers place has Harry potter props and that's one of my other loves :goodvibes

I also can't decide on the Walk in Walts footsteps tour. Momma says no on that one.

Hey, for what it's worth, I haven't gotten to this point in my TR, but I doubt I will before your trip, so I wanted to share with you. Willow and I did the Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour, and we loved it so much. If you don't think you'll get back to DLR anytime soon, I highly recommend that you do it even if it means leaving your mom to do something else. It is very special and quite meaningful for folks who have that special Disney Thing going on. Again - just for what it's worth, which may not be much. :goodvibes

I'm thinking I might book the holiday tour and then try book that once I get there instead of in advance. I might try book it for me for the last day we're there. I'm looking at the length of it as well and wondering if I do the two tours and they're 3 horus each how much is that eating in to my park time! But then as a Disney fan I feel once I get there I'm going to want to see inside that appartment!

I have heard that this sells out relatively quickly. I am hoping to do this on 11th November and unfortunately I am on the late shift on 12th October when I can book this. I am in a little panic that by the time I get home at 22:00 UK time (14:00 in California) this will be fully booked.

There's a refurb going on in Walt's appartment though and I can't find any info on how long that's going to be. That's probably the only reason I want to do the tour and if that was missing because of a refurb it's not worth it I don't think

Plus the time it takes. With Holiday tour and Walt tour that's 6 hours of park time gone already

I was aware of the refurbishment, but according to all of the information O could find the refurbishment is only until 15th October. In a way the tour would be even more attractive to me during that period as it includes the Dream Suite instead.

I hear you on the time it takes, but I figure it also saves a lot of time as both tours include some rides without a wait.

:lmao:That's part of the reason why I want to do the Holiday tour on the saturday so that we can go on small world and watch the parade without waiting around :rotfl: Although I will prob want to go on small world more than once and see the parade in daylight hours as well and then Momma will be wondering why she paid for the tour :lmao:

In Ireland it's already 8 minutes into October so I can now officially say I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND NEXT MONTH!!!:cool1::cool1::cool1:

Tis a sad day. We had a little goldfish that Momma's friend got her during the summer and I called him Nemo. Monday he jumped out of his bowl but when I found him his gills were still moving so we popped him back in and after about two hours he started swimming around again like nothing happened. Yesterday though he was going sideways and upside down and this afternoon poor Nemo went off to fishy heaven. :(

Oh my goodness!! I'm sorry, but I just noticed this post! So sad!

Aw I know he was only a fish but I miss him. Momma said we can get more fish after Disney but I still feel sad about poor Nemo though.
