The Ingredients for Pixie Dust, a June 2010 TR - 10/2 DIsney Halloween PTR started!

I love DHS... there are so many amazing details there! Even after I-don't-know-how-many visits I feel like I've only seen half of the park!

I love all your pictures at BCV and SAB. I can't wait till we get to stay there in November! I really like your vacationing style...you seem to manage to combine relaxation time and productive park time very well. And that evening of wine and gelato at Tutto sounds great! Looking forward to more!

Whew! Finally caught up! Then I wrote this whole response and my computer just shut down as I was typing and I lost it all! :headache:

Oh I hate it when that happens!!!

Well, I'm not going to retype it all (mainly b/c I can't remember it all!) but I did want to say:

Your boys are just too stinkin' cute! And, I love their silly faces!!

Thanks for the info on the ringtone. I went and tried to do it but couldn't figure out how to get it directly to my phone. I even recorded the music onto my phone from a video on youtube, but the quality is poor so I'm not using it.

Your feelings about those light up swords echo mine! We ended up getting them for our girls after two days of DD6 driving us crazy for them. Of course, my cousin had gotten them for her kids and they were staying with us.

You mentioned the TSM FP's being replaced because the ride was shut down one night, the same thing happened to us. I wonder if it was on the same night? Well, I guess I'll have to keep reading to find out! :thumbsup2

Your upcoming travel plans sound great! Can't wait to read about those trips, too! :goodvibes

Thank you! We have fun! With the ringtone, if you "search" under Disney maybe you will find it? With the phone I have I just had to select it on the Mablio Ringtone Application and it came through... :confused3

Those light up swords are so flimsy... but they had been wanting them for the past three trips I think!

Well it happened on the night I just posted, so not sure if you were there or not... that would have been Sunday the 27th...

We do have some fun plans ahead! :thumbsup2

Wow - great updates!! Great luck with those extra FPs at MK! :thumbsup2

I want to try the KP mission in England! We've done Japan & Germany - both were fun - I liked Germany better even though I didn't get to do all of it but England sounds really fun - I skimmed over most of your description to save the surprise!

Love the pictures of your DS on the trash can during Illuminations!

Yes, it was lucky, we had the same luck our last day at Epcot, but I finally got new APs to deal with the problem... Germany was a cute KP mission, I agree! I wish they would add more! I didn't give anything away, don't worry! There are some neat parts!

Newbie here! Just wanted to say I love your TR and have finally caught up! I'm taking notes of all the great snacks and adult beverages so I can try them in 2 weeks!!! I'm also thinking of trying the KP Mission but I have 4 kids and I"'m afraid they'll just fight over who gets to hold the phone!popcorn::

Oh well there are lots of great snacks and adult beverages!!!!! I do know one family that got two phones? So maybe this would help? A pair on each...:confused3

Oh, my goodness! My sides are hurting from laughing so hard at your DH's antics all day -- between the Vogue-ing shot and his "Deborah Kerr on the Beach" shot, I was crying!!! :rotfl2: Sure wish we could know that thought bubble -- or not, maybe! :rotfl:

Fallen soldiers and Stormtroopers taking bubble baths were also quite funny to me!

DS did a great job channeling his inner Chinese lion!

Very fun update!

Hi!!! Thanks! I appreciate your comments! We just have learned to not go at it so crazily. Perhaps this is born from having the fortune of going so often this past year. We were able to really just enjoy ourselves as well as touring. I have been caught up in the pack every minute Disney vacation too... It is a balance you have to strike. I hope we continue to visit Disney often as our kids get older... I suspect we will. There is still so much I have not experienced that I hope to on my own. Regardless, Disney is just so much fun, even for adults, and even for parents who like to remember what it is like to be adults!

Yeah..... you like how I slid that one in.... ;)

Oh he was daring me to put that beach shot on the DIS... I told him "watch me" :lmao: Yeah, he was QUITE a character... we have a few more in store... Well, let me say that he is trying not to laugh in that second photo, and he said something that was rather crass... I can't honestly remember now, but I know it involved colorful language..... :rotfl:

Very fun update!

Now THAT is a common occurance in our household... action figures and bathtime! They love "launching" the LGM into the tub... Have you seen that action figure from TS3? the LGM that you push down into his little red "launch" and then he pops out? That is a great tub toy....

Wait until you see who makes a special appearance at Le Cellier... ;)

yeah, he liked that statue!

Thanks! ONE more post! :thumbsup2

And then we headed over to Epcot… Le Cellier was calling!

I think DH's reaction in this photo is rather telling...

summer2010532.jpg

Beautiful flowers and a BUNNY... :goodvibes

I did get the strip steak this time and we split the tomato stack and DH got the prime rib again. He really likes the way they prepare it -- so we had soup as well. The boys had soup and veggies, and then steak and mashed potatoes. :cloud9: Can I tell you how much I want one of these Steak dinners right now??!!

We split a wonderful bottle of pinot noir at DH’s instance. I wasn’t going to complain… don't twist my arm... and then after some very yummy dessert and cappuccinos (can you guess what I had for dessert!!??!! Gee I wonder....)

During dinner we had some fun with Stretch… He was a favorite this trip don’t ask me what they saw in this purple sparkley rubber octopus (is that even a word??!! LOL!)…

summer2010536.jpg

Here is DH trying to give his best Stretch imitation...

summer2010537-1.jpg

I tried to show you the face, but the photo didn't come out.

summer2010539-1.jpg

Here are the boys BOTH giving you a sample of a Stretch face.

Here is Stretch in the "time out" bread basket. :rotfl2:

Our fabulous meal finished at Le Cellier, we strolled back to BC. We took our car this time, and headed to DHS.

Here are the boys heading to the parking lot and our car! Don't they look too cute for their own good...

summer2010543-1.jpg

We ended up with a wonderfully close parking spot!

We got back into the park, went straight away to TSM! We had a short time before the second show of Fantasmic so we wanted to make sure we fit in our ride! Unfortunately, the ride was down…. BOOOOOOOOO!!!! :headache: But they gave us FPs to be used any time in the next four days. So to console the natives, we made our way to Tatooine traders for some retail healing...

summer2010544-1.jpg

I tell you it really is like having THREE little boys sometimes, what between this shop and the Lego store.. you wait!!! LOL!

summer2010548-1.jpg

Here is that HELMET again! Did I tell you one went home with us this time...

summer2010547-1.jpg

summer2010546-1.jpg

We walked by the Indiana Jones Theater, and stopped here for the first time… it was pretty funny watching their reactions!

summer2010552-1.jpg

summer2010550-1.jpg

DS5 almost climbed over to actually see who was down there!!!

We then stopped for marshmallow sticks (for the boys – they LOVE these!) and then we hiked over to the theater.

Fantasmic coming up tomorrow, PLUS a Happy Dog Escape to the Magic Kingdom for EMH!!!!

Oh, Charles and Matt would so get along! :lmao:

Stretchy does NOT look happy placed in the time out bread basket!!!

I don't think I told you that Charles had the prime rib at Le Cellier based on your DH's recommendation! I remembered you saying he loved it there. :thumbsup2

Connor has the Darth Vader helmet -- he could wear it while playing with your Boba Fett! :rotfl2:

Awesome updates!

Storm Along Bay looks amazing and I can see why it's the most popular pool area at WDW.

I love that your sons brought their army men with them to the pool...how cute.

Le Cellier sounds fantastic and I definitely want to try this one in the future.

Looking forward to hearing about fantasmic:goodvibes

I am enjoying all the pictures. I love the ones of the boys playing in the sand. I know that bubble bath felt good for getting all the sand off of them.

The garden area around Le Celiier is beautiful, as always.

The shopping pictures are cute. In most stores, the men and boys just bide their time and wander aimlessly behind the girls. When it comes to Star Wars, making the swords, Legos, etc., they are active shopping participants. :goodvibes

Your boys are just dolls. I hope we're both still hanging around the DIS so that we can see them grow into the handsome young men I know they are going to be...

with a gaggle of girls on your doorstep at all times.

What a great day. I love your husband's shenanigans throughout the day... now we know where the boys get it from! I am a big fan of relaxing at the pool in the afternoon. And can't wait to try that tangerine drink you've mentioned! Another meal at Le Cellier. :cloud9: What did the octopus do that he had to go in timeout?? :confused3

what a riot of an update! Between your DH on the Sand and Stretch in time out that was a fun way to start my west coast morning!

What time is the 2nd showing if and when they offer it and do you just find out that day or is it possible to know ahead of time? I'm not holding out hope, really, but OH it would make me SOOO happy if there is a 2nd showing!

Oh my goodness! Your DH's antics are keeping me laughing! That picture on the beach just cracks me up. :rotfl2:

Are you sure Matt wasn't just telling you that you were number one when you were taking that beach picture?
That's what Marc assures me it means when he does it.

I think the "Stretch" faces are too funny! That Stretch guy is growing on me and I think I may need one now....:rolleyes1

It took me a bit but I'm all caught up and enjoyed every minute of reading!:goodvibes

I loved your updates!
The photo of your DH in the sand is hilarious! :lmao:
Steak and wine would make a nice lunch right about now.
I can't wait to try Le Cellier this trip.

My brother had two boys. At times, he's worse than both of them. Last year, he "convinced" my older nephew that he really wanted Transformer toys at the store in Japan.

oooh am loving Indiana Jones!!! Must try to catch that show!!!!;)

Dinner at Le Cellier sounds delicious!!!! The octopus looked as if it had great fun!

Yes, yes it was this night!

We got great parking too!!! First row on the right side. :thumbsup2

Yes, we got the same FPs valid until Wednesday. :)

Then, I was going to go into Tatooine Traders to get something my cousin, who left earlier that day, asked me to get her, but DH said we'd be back that week and just to leave it, so we could maximize our time, since it was limited. (By the way, one of those helmets went home with my cousin and her DS3, too.)

And, we went to that same showing of Fantasmic! How funny, we probably bumped into each other at some point and just didn't know it.

Now, I'm curious if you went back to try TSM again before Fantasmic?? :rolleyes1

Oh HOW I wish I was at Le Cellier right now!!! :cloud9: The octopus in the time-out basket. :rotfl:

I love that you guys are enjoying BC and SAB so much! We've only stayed there one night, and we made it an all SAB day, and maybe a little Beaches n Cream, too.

Oh, Charles and Matt would so get along! :lmao:

I don't doubt that for one minute! :thumbsup2

Stretchy does NOT look happy placed in the time out bread basket!!!

I don't think I told you that Charles had the prime rib at Le Cellier based on your DH's recommendation! I remembered you saying he loved it there. :thumbsup2

You know, for the life of me, I cannot remember why we did that to him, I think DS5 was the culprit in this case! We just thought it was funny, and I took the photos!

Oh you didn't tell me, no! I hope he enjoyed it... Matt asks for his rare and has never been disappointed.

Connor has the Darth Vader helmet -- he could wear it while playing with your Boba Fett! :rotfl2:

Sounds perfect! Halloween costumes coming right up!!! :rotfl:

Awesome updates!

I love that your sons brought their army men with them to the pool...how cute.

You know it is a perfect location and the pool is awesome.

He had to have those army men, and when we went to Once Upon A Toy, he HAD to have more... :lmao: They do tend to disappear!!!! We have had quite a few legions staged out all over the hallway floor in our house!

Le Cellier sounds fantastic and I definitely want to try this one in the future.

Looking forward to hearing about fantasmic:goodvibes

A very good restaurant, one of the best in Epcot I think!

Fantasmic coming up tonight!:thumbsup2
