Our Kidani room view was certainly "nothing to write home about" (last minute spring break trip and this was all that was available) but the morning we saw all these balloons made it pretty special on that day :

Loved this view and it was sheer luck that we got it. I sweet-talked the Concierge CM when we checked in and we ended up with this Park View room, second last balcony from the end. And two months or so later Disney changed the pricing for Atrium Level to charge more for Park View Concierge vs Bay View.
