Why is it that the only sunny day this week is Wednesday??? Dh was planning to take off the next two days, but it's going to rain again

I can't believe summer seems to be ending already; the days are getting shorter and it's starting to "feel" like autumn.

So....two weekends ago, I was stalking the local football oval. I needed to take pictures for the scavenger categories of Umpire, Sporting Event, Ball in Air, Muddy Cleats....and I figured I'd get the best bang for my time there.

I got most of the shots except for Muddy Cleats. So, I waited for one of the guys to fall over so that I would be able to snap his boots. And I waited....


...and waited.....





...and waited......









...and finally, this one guy fell over right in front of me (well about 3 m away).







So focussed was I on getting a great shot of his Muddy Cleats, that I missed all the action unfolding in front of me.....














Action?

















Well....I came home and unpacked my pictures to see how they turned out.




Turns out, I got more than muddy cleats.





When that guy fell over, his white tight shorts snapped and I got much more than I bargained for. See.....he was wearing those compression skin tights underneath those tight white shorts.....




Nude coloured....skin.......tights..........with nothing else.








So, I got muddy cleats, bare bahookie and ...um........value added extras complete......from the rear.






Sadly, I'd probably get picked up for posting porn (and not the food kind) if that picture saw light of day on the internet. Might even get me a ban on the Dis...




But I tell you....with comments about snaps, buttons, zips, ties and velcro....it sure is tempting! That guy sure could have used one and all of these on that day.......

The disboard isn't all about the disbored....it's like I always say....there's no such thing as useless DISinformation.

Some of the people on the photoboard provide useful information in their EXIF files. It's as simple as click, read and steal. No conversation required.

I got a Canon 60 D. I can't tell you what lenses I got since I'm at work. The guy at the camera store asked me what I was going to be doing and I told him that I'd be photographing wildlife in the Amazon so he told me I needed "this" and "this" and "this" etc. But now I also think I need a ultra wide lense after seeing some of the pics on that thread.

I have no idea what I'm doing. This is true for most things in my life but it's especially true with this camera.

Oh and I'm not posting this on the CB again but this morning I took Andy for a walk and it didn't go so well. Since his wounds closed, I've been dragging him out for a walk, hoping to get him past his fear. He doesn't like it but he's going.

Today we are a mile out and this idiot on a bicycle has two dogs that are off leash. One of the dogs, a yellow lab, comes bounding over and starts chasing Andy who is running in circles around me on the leash trying to get away. Andy is yelping as if he's being stabbed. I'm screaming again, at the lab, to get away. The idiot bike man finally gets his dog away from mine. The lab just wanted to play but Andy didn't know that, especially when the dog kept chasing him. By now, Andy has peed all over himself and is in a state of panic. I had to carry him a mile back to the house.

I think we are done walking.
