The I Love BWV (yes, Hallways and Clown Pool too!) Thread

Hi.
Is it correct that that one bedrooms only sleep four? Two in living room pull down and 2 in bedroom with the queen bed?

Thank you.
Cash bookings yes, if booking with or renting DVC Points you can sleep a 5th guest but there is not a sleeping surface provided. If you are a DVC Member you will need to call MS to add the 5th person to the room. It is the same at BRV, BCV and was the same at SSR until their remodel where they installed the twin bed under the TV.

In the remodeled studios, I’ve noticed in videos that there is no table or ledge on the one side of the Murphy bed that is closest to the window. Can anyone tell me if there is a plug on that side of the bed though? Trying to decide if I need to bring a power strip with a longer cord.

That side of the murphy bed is super close to the sliding door, so there isn't room for a ledge or side table. I don't remember there being any sort of a wall outlet over on that side, but there are outlets above the nightstand on the other side. We had five people including two teenagers in the studio and had plenty of outlets for phone chargers, magic bands, etc.

That’s what I thought. My sister will likely be on that side and will want to plug her phone in at night while sleeping. I’ll have to bring a longer charging cable.

Yes, We keep an air mattress in one of our owners lockers and it fits perfectly between the murphy bed and the tv just like where in the studios they have the flip down twin.

A lot of people said they didn't put that because of the layouts but they were able to do so at SSR and it is pretty much identical, however the connecting door to the studio is near the TV at BWV vs SSR where it is in the entry way.

I still think it could have fit but that imo.
We always ordered a decent but cheap air mattress from amazon.
When we checked out we left it.
The Housekeepers were happy😀

Just came back from a week at Boardwalk Villa.

We stayed from February 7 to14th, just before President's day.

The weather was perfect, way warmer than expected for early February. It was 70-80 all week, no rain.

We have stayed at Boardwalk Villa before, but this was the first time we had a Boardwalk View and we were absolutely amazed by the amazing views and location.

Waking up, going to the balcony and watching the Lake as well as Spaceship earth as you sip on coffee is priceless.

Getting home after a long day at the parks and just relaxing watching the fireworks from the comfort of your room, priceless.

Having a mickey Bar after a hot day at the park, priceless.

My family loved. Loved so much they begged me all the way home to go back next year. I caved in and booked another trip for Feb 2026, boardwalk view as well.

Highly recommend getting a boardwalk view room at least once in your lifetime.

Cheers everyone.

Thank you. I'm a DVC member, who actually has stayed many times at BWVs but never with four in a one bedroom (usually just two).
This time, it will be my mom, my dd and my two grandsons.
So, I'm thinking that my dd (adult) and mom will sleep in the bed in the bedroom and then is there a pull out from the wall as is with the studios?
In the living room, it would be my almost 5 year old grandson and me in the bed that comes from the wall and my almost 1 year old grandson in a crib, the three of us in the living room.
Do I have the above scenario correct for sleeping or is the other bed in the living room under the TV?

Thank you.

nope that is correct just the one queen murphy but you can fit the pack and play/crib right next to the TV.
Thank you.
I wanted to make sure the second "bed" was actually the queen murphy and not the bed that comes out of under the TV.
We rent an actual crib from an outside company so I don't have to stress about whether there will be one available for "just" a packnplay.

Thank you very much.

We just stayed 10 nights in a BWV studio and can tell you that the regular queen bed, the side closest to the wall, did not have a night stand. Just one side of the bed (closest to the Murphy Bed) had the nightstand. Just wanted others to be aware. My mom used her suitcase standing up as a table so she
had a place to put her phone when it was charging.

Hoping to book a one bedroom next May.

Here now in a dedicated one bed. No bed under tv,,but man tons of room for it and beside it.
Thank you.
So happy we have a murphy bed. I can sleep on that with my 5 year old grandson and my 1 yo grandson can be in a crib, while my dd and mom in the bedroom. I'll be with the kids at night to give my dd a break.

That’s odd. Most pictures and videos I’ve seen she’s a little ledge on that side.
