I wasn't able to do an update yesterday...so busy! I meet with a group of friends from my church every Tuesday and we have breakfast at the local diner. It's a great time and I look forward to it each week. Of course, we meet at 9 and can sit there chatting and drinking coffee till the lunch crowd arrives!

After that, I had grocery shopping to do. I had just enough time to swing home and put away groceries before I had to head out to my hair appointment at 3:00. I love my haircut, by the way! I'll try to post pics later....I'll need Jeff to help me take a few good ones! Then....home to work on house chores and get dinner ready before I had a meeting last night at 7:00. Needless to say, there was no time to DIS. So sad!
But, I'm here today and with only 5 days left to go, I'm ready to share another great WDW memory!
This one is from our first family trip in 2007. Jonah was only 6 at the time. My best friend and college roommate has a daughter the same age and she and Jonah are very close. We joke that they are going to get married someday!

Anyway, Susanna (the little girl) loves Aurora and had asked Jonah to bring her back a picture and autograph. Too cute! Well, of course, Jonah being all boy, really didn't want to stand in line to see the Princesses, but he LOVES Susanna, so he did! (Lucky for me, because I wanted to see them too!)
SO there we are, standing in line in Toontown with 100 little girls to see the Princesses! Sadly, Aurora was not there, but we saw Cinderella, Belle, and my favorite...Snow White! My very favorite moment was when Cinderella told Jonah she wanted to tell him a secret so he leaned his head toward her. She planted a big pink kiss on his cheek!! LOVE IT!! He was so embarrassed, but he was loving all the attention! Here are some pics from that historic meet and greet....and I say historic because I can almost guarantee it won't happen again!
It's hard to see, but can you make out the lipstick "kiss"?
Now on to one thing I'm looking forward to on this trip! There are so many, so what do I choose?
I think for today, the thing I am looking forward to is that first walk down Main Street USA! Seeing Cinderella Castle, breathing in the magic, smelling the wonderful smells of popcorn and the bakery, hearing the music, and just realizing I am really THERE!

It will be different to experience it without the kids and, as much as I will miss them, I am so looking forward to being there with Jeff.
Only 5 more days and it will be time to head to the airport! Can't wait!
