The "I am Banned from VMK" Thread.

well if they would delete the account right on the spot it would defeat the purpose of the ban, Im not sure if a 1 year ban is a ban at all but what if the person wanted to get back on VMK in a year, only to find their account deleted?

I never said they deleted them on the spot. And I haven't heard of a one year, straight from one month to ten years, aka forever.

My 8 year old was banned for leaving the room when someone was trying to bully him into giving them a PAN hat. My son hosted a game. When the game was over he tried to give the winner the prize and winner refused to take it. They wanted the pan hat off my sons head! He said no and left the room and they reported him. He was banned for 1 month. He did his 1 montha and when he tried to sign back in it says he is banned until 2017. My son is 8 years old and has some medical issues that cause him to spend several hours hooked up to a feeding pump on an IV pole. He misses his VMK so much. I have tried everything including phone calls and e-mails to get him back on but not one e-mail has been answered and the phone help knows nothing! HELP PLEASE!.

wait, was your son hosting the game recently? bc if he was making the people pay to play thats probably why he got banned due to recent changes in the values, but i doubt they will ban him for 8 years because of making people pay to play, well... if the person didnt want the prize VMK Staff can see the chat and reveiw it, if the person didnt want the prize im sure they wouldnt do anything so try asking them to review the chat logs and trade logs. Or VMK could have made a mistake...

vmk deletes all records of everything after six months that's why you should still go on your account if you are banned, even though you cannot get in because the info must be refreshed in order for it to stay in the database

soooo.... I can go on it after 6 months because they delete data in the database??? That will put a smile on my face that im back on vmk

Hey buddy that happend to me!!! they said i was banned for 1 month I kinda did diserve that
But then they changed it to 2017 That is a permermint ban I miss vmk too But u can try to go to contact us at the bottom of vmk homepage and recover his ban Go to i think im banned and explain

I have sent at least 10 e-mails concerning this to the CONTACT US e-mail. This happened in May...When I took him to Disneyland in June I bought him a bunch of VMK cards thinking his 1 month ban would be over....only to find out they extended it to 2017!

awwwww that sucks I wish we can recover all the ppl's bans that last for 8, 10 , 11 years Even your son's. How did he take it? alot of 8 year olds i heard of cried. your son might be a bit tough. I feel sorry for all ppl that been banned for ever. U should only get banned for that long if u hack or something ilegal to harm the game. They have a new banning system. PPl cant get a 2 hour ban anymore. Now the least u can get is 24 hours

idk if this helps, but u can play it on different computers, even if you are banned. They only ban your IP address, and you can change that.

Although I won't tell you how to change an IP on this thread just because football might read it, you can try and do that to get back on. It's weird that they only ban the IP and not the actual character. If you do change it, you may want to make new characters, because they may just ban you again if you are seen logging on.

Whats the point since it is so easy to change it? I dont get it VMK, you talk a big game but dont back it up on the field.

A different computer isn't completely true, if it is in the same network. But can we PLEASE avoid the subject of changing IP's, I know there is a person who deserved his just waiting for it to be posted. Please, if you really think they do not deserve this ban, only tell them in PM.

Shay, it does not matter really, most of these banned people are children, and most of us technical types wont give children instructions on how to mess around with their parents computer/networks.
