ok so i was about to go on vmk after not being on for a week when all of a sudden a message comes up saying i have been banned from vmk for 10 years!!!! i havent been on in a week, what could i have possibly done???!?!?! can someone please help me i really need help i dont know what happened!!!!!

If you write VMK they will tell you what you got banned for.

Go on the VMK Home Page, then click on Contact Us. Then type in your player's User Name and Birth Date. After it should say why you got banned. That's what I did.

Yeah, contact vmk. Ask them what exactly you'd been banned for. It may have been something that happened before that week off, as some bans are not immediate. If you don't hear back from vmk, call them. There is a telephone number for Disney Online. Call them and ask to speak to someone with vmk. Ask them what the ban was for and that it please be reviewed.
I'm sorry, this is about the only thing you can do.

oh ok i never knew that i could actually speak to someone about it in person. thanks. i have used contact us to figure out what is going on. i am sure this must be a mistake. i think im going to call them up and ask what the problem is. thanks all for posting!

The maximum ban is for ten years.

Yesterday I Was Banned On MY New Account i made the same day. LOL because i went to castle forcourt saww HOST_Eagle OR Wahetve and tester Dog and someone took a picture of full screen. Later my friend is on vmk magic and she sees the picture and im in it so i want to see it! so i make a account and i ask her for her title so i can pm her and she can give me link five minutes later after im done looking at the picture a sign comes up and says Sharing Personal Info Is A Vialation Of VMK You have been banned from VMK i was like What!!! LOL this is my third account on there. the OTher Two Are Boys and this one is a girl. But luckily its only A Month but still its not fair its not like were gonna say oh hey i live Blah Blah Blah In Blah Blah Blah. Gosh!

You were banned because they did something against vmk values on your account. You are responsible for this because you are not supposed to share your user ID and password with anyone. Sorry to say this, but they were right to ban you .
