I know in AZ we passed a constitutional amendment declaring marriage between a man and a woman only

48% No, 52% Yes. Prop 8 passes.

Thats kind of crazy, didn't CA recently pass a law saying that it was ok

naw, we passed a law banning it, but California supreme court say its unconstitutional...

Yesterday i went ALL out. I made a big ole fancy dinner, and a DELICIOUS chocolate cake. With Chocolate frosting. YUM. I am eating some of the cake now... and it is even better today. Best thing I have eaten all month. Just though I would let you know. Oh.. and the best part? Alex doesnt like chocolate.

Soooo... I heard a bunch of commotion out side and looked out the window. Medics, AND the fire dept. You know my nosy butt was sitting there looking out the window checking out what was going on. Not sure. Some guy got wheeled out of the building across from mine, and he was in his undies. Screaming.. and jerking around. His wife came running out in her bathrobe crying.. then got in her car and followed the medic. Its more exciting when the cops come.

It's a religious thing. Plain and simple. It's very hard to get adults that have been taught one thing religiously their entire life to change their mind...unless it directly affects them.
