man it was soooooo crowded this past week and it was hotter than hades...I got heat rash all on my arms from it...the crowds were triple what they were in june

Yeesh! I have heard that October is just getting NUTS now. Thats a real bummer.. Its my favorite time to go.

wed night it was freezing in the bldgs but when you came outside a gust of hot air hit you...thurs. night it cooled down a bit but not much...friday it was freezing at night and my feet froze and took an hour to thaw out back in the room...last night was cool but I had a jacket on and my feet didnt freeze so it was good and we lasted all night....today we got up and it was foggy and cold and back to what Oct. weather should be like

yeah it was off the charts busy but yesterday it was fine and it was a saturday!! go figure...the only thing I can think of why that was is because 1. no TOT party and 2. block out for so cal passes...very doable crowds...we knew friday would be bad but didnt expect wed. and thurs to be as bad as it was...

I've seen on the DL forum about a Friday night that was just packed, and people got stuck along Main St. for an hour... Not sure if that was this last Friday or the Friday before. Were you there Friday evening, or were you at MHT?

i was at DL friday....I did the party thurs night and the halloween haunts tour friday night

So did you notice what they were talking about Friday night, or did you miss it because of the tour? People stepped into the shops, and came to a dead stop even in the crowded shops. They said it was scary to be crammed in so tight and then be unable to move for that long.

i know which one your talking about alex..it was over columbus day weekend...no it wasnt as bad as that but let me tell you, andrea and i sat out at the hub for a good 20 minutes before we attempted to move after fireworks because it took that long to clear out main street and such....oh and another thing...ok so since the end of june I have been 2 other times...and let me tell you that each night after the fireworks on all 3 trips, all the rides connected to PP in those bldgs have gone down...sometimes for about half hour others for the rest of the night...I dont know whats going on but its crazy that it causes them to break down like that...I think maybe they turn them off or something and it causes everything to break down....

I wonder what the heck happened? I've been along a very crowded Main St. after a parade or fireworks, and movement is slow, but it moves. Same thing after DCA closed and everyone went over to DL; very crowded, people pushing a bit, one thin stream up the street against the crowd leaving, and teenagers JUMPED over the front end of DS' stroller. one gal nearly fell back onto him, and I was so ticked! I swear I was going to hurt her, but she managed to keep on her feet.

Mmmmhhhhhmmm. On our first trip, some stupid SKANK was running through Adventureland and RAN OVER Alex. I about clotheslined her. FOR REAL. My husband had to hold me back!

omg alex...listen to me....if there is one thing and im dead serious about this...if there is one thing that you HAVE to do on your trip it is to go to the dream house in innoventions...they have a little boys room and the bed is a ship and has a cannon, Big Ben on the wall clock...windows with twinkling stars AND....they tell the story of peter pan and it is in animation with sound and vision....its like watching a movie while you tell the story...the clock lites up...tinkerbell flies around the room, the ceiling is a HUGE tinkerbell and at the end they pull the cannon and it blows out smoke...it was the most amazing thing Ive EVER seen in my life...you HAVE to take the boys!!
