These were the pins received from the tour. The one on the left was the old pin we received that day, and the one on the right is the new one I received in the mail after I was home for a month or so.
Our tour completed, it was time to check out some "old" entertainment. I haven't been back into these buildings in years! Kids just never had any interest, and as I remembered them, they weren't worth waiting for.
Some cheesey entertainment for sure.
Ellen has come a long way since her Jeopardy days!
And I really did love Figment for a time. I even had a stuffy of him.
But I can now honestly say, I remembered them correctly.

Glad there really weren't any lines to speak of. We were going to do the Capt. EO thing, but didn't for some reason. Not sure if it was time or lack of interest.

Anyway, we did go on over to Mission Space! The last time I did this ride was in 2004 or 06 . There wasn't an option of sides and I got off feeling really BAD!
I opted for the easy side this time because J wanted to ride. Was much easier on the old stomach (not to mention my head).
Then we went in for the free Visa photo op.
Last time we stopped here for the photo it was Mickey and Pluto, so this was fun to have different characters. You never know who will be behind the black curtain going in.
We went on over to Spaceship Earth for a ride and then used our Soarin' FPs.
About 3:30 we decided to go on over to the World Showcase for some snacks.
The forecast called for rain today, and the clouds were moving in. We were truly hoping to get through the day without needing the ponchos again.
I had to get one of these

I decided to try the lemon one this time, but won't make that mistake again! Not that it wasn't good. It was good, but the Grand Marnier flavor is Excellent!! And I WILL be having that one again on my next trip.
We went over to the Hops and Barley for a clam chowder soup and a lobster roll (much better here than at CHH). Next up, Germany for an apple strudel.
Now the rain started. We ducked into the American Pavillion and had a listen to the American Singers. We thought we'd go through the American show, but it was time for our concert......in the rain.
thankfully, the rain stopped and the sun gradually returned.
It was a great show. After it was over, we shopped a bit more-went to China for some chopsticks and picked up a Yin/Yang T-shirt.
Stopped at the Caribbean food kiosk for Ropa Vieja (as I recall, I did not care for this much). And then we shopped a bit more in Mousegears. I picked up some Mickey Bar scented air fresheners for DD.
We made a quick stop back in the Festival Center for a drink and at the photo center to pick up our free photo and then we headed out to the monorail. We had a dinner ressie to get to!!!
