The homeless Dis'ers go Hawaiian(come check out our new place!)

I will be away for 5 days. I can't wait! My brother lives in Cali so we are going to visit him. I don't seem him that often so I am excited!

I will take a lot of pictures and I'll try to post. On Thursday we are going to Disneyland!

I just thought I would pop in to check out your new place....Very nice (especially that instructor!!) I think I'll grab a hammock and hang around for a while if you don't mind.

Mahalo!!! Well now. Lots of new faces I see. Terrific. About the surf guy........yum. Enough said. I'm waxing down my board, packing up the woody, surf city here I come. (so to speak, can't drive to Hawaii!!!) Now, what would the beverage of choice be here, in beautiful Hawaii?? Here's hoping the chocolates I brought with me don't melt.
Thanks Ed. See ya all on the beach. And don't forget to wipe your feet when you come back up!!!

Have a great trip Traci-lyn

As for drinks...hmmm, Mai-Tais, Banana Daquiris,Pina Coladas,Mango Margaritas...I cant decide I'll just keep coming back and trying again, I'll be down here if anyone is looking for me, and when should we plan our Luau?

Mahalo:cool2: everyone!

Ed, thank you so much for the new digs:love1: they are just perfect. And I am already signed up surf lessons. This is one time that I am glad NOT to be a quick learner. It may take me years of lessons, but I am determined.

Traci-lyn Have a wonderful trip. Hopefully you can bring back some warm weather to the shore.

Have a good day all. SURF'S UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Man, this place is such a nice retreat in the morning as I face yet another bitter day here in New England. I am going out to the infinity pool this morning.

I bring Batik Sarongs for all the women of the house - Ed, you can wear one too.

Aloha, all!

I can't wait to take some surfing lessons, I'm right there along with you MOMTOMOOTOO.

It is so cold here, what happened to Spring. I'll try my hardest to bring some nice weather back!

I would like a Blue Hawaii and a ChiChi (frozen, mixed drink, like a pineapple smoothie with spirits)! And, sign me up for the surfing lessons too!

Anyone want to hike Wamiea Falls this afternoon?

:bounce: Ooo, ooo, ooo that would be me with my hand up. I love to hike. Is there a secret pass behind the waterfall? - That would be kewl. WAIT..... what's wrong with me - I just passed up a massage therapist, a truly gorgeous surfing teacher, and drinks in the hammock with Ed to do some challenging physical activity......man, today must be going just that badly that I need to burn off some serious energy. OK, hop to it - off we go............ anyone feel like shrugging off temptations and burning some calories?

What a nice break from my excruciating meeting routine this afternoon.

But just know, I will back in a few hours and that massage therapist better be ready to do some heavy Swedish therapies.

Ok I'll take a trip to the falls for a nice dip, should I bring my new Sarong(when in Hawaii), I'll get my backpack(plastic bottle full of rum, some plastic cups, a knife to cut up some fruit for the drinks, insulated bag for ice) alright I'm ready to go! ::yes::

Alright now you're talking my language- that makes this less like exercise and more like a fun afternoon. Sarongs tied tight? Off we go........

Ughhhh, now back to this spreadsheet and formulas.........

Resting in room, enjoying the view and some amaretto on the rocks. Soft jazz playing in the background.....sooo relaxing. Massage set for 4:30. :teeth:

I've ordered a very special dinner that will be served at 8 p.m. I'd like YOU to join me! There will be live music to dance to afterward and desert will be unbelievable!!!

WOW!!! . That's all I could come up with. Would you mind if I join all of you for a little R -n- R? My headache is already gone.

Sure tinkhappy pull up a hammock just call out if you need a drink or a massage the staff is very helpful.

ilovepcot..whats for dessert?!? :earseek:  pirate:

Welcome Everyone! Ladies..... a beautiful Lakelani Rose for your hair. Liki will lead you to the bar area and see that you’re made happy. For those of you who don’t drink, we have a wonderful Pineapple Calabash Punch. :sunny:

Well, I'm done packing so I'll take a pina colada. Yum Yum!

I'll be off in the hammock, relaxing.

I see that everyone has gathered. A wonderful meal has been prepared for you in the Old Hawaiian Tradition. Kindly follow me to the outside entertainment area. As you can see, the area is lit with tiki torches and mats have been placed for each of you to sit on. This is in keeping with a traditional Hawaiian Luau.

The head chef from Indigo Rose Restaurant in Honolulu and his wait staff have been flown in to prepare our meal. On the tables before you, you will find treasures from the land, sea and natures gardens. Some of the dishes that I find particularly exciting are the Kalua Pig wrapped in banana leaves. Next to it I see Shayu Chicken on a bed of island style rice, Maloa Spareribs (my favorite!) and Huli Huli Chicken. For seafood lovers, there’s Mahi Mahi, Shrimp Ono Nui, and many other traditional Hawaiian dishes of the sea to try! As you can see, there is a bounty of fresh island fruits….some picked right here where we reside. I see fresh mangos, pineapple, coconut and even macadamia nuts.
We also have a wonderful Chicken Papaya Soup….unusual to say the least! Coconut Soufflé and Hawaiian Coleslaw are a “must try”! :teeth: (I think ED will find one of the wait staff especially enchanting......she's the beautiful island lady in his earlier pic!) :teeth:
