LOL Botox! Of course!

Although, botox DOES wear off after a while (even in ice/frozen substance/stuff I'm sure! Yep yep yep!). They probably have to 'touch him up' every so often to make sure he doesn't turn into Mr. Grumpy Gills. THAT'S what really happens during refurbs of The GMR.
