I attended MNSSHP on Friday Night and captured The Headless Horseman as he rode down Main Street USA in Walt Disney World.
The video is short, less than two minutes, but don't watch it if you are planning on attending a party.

We are going on 10/31 and so looking for to seeing it in person.

I have photos but the majority of them of are personal nature, mostly my family enjoying the night at The Magic Kingdom.

Great video. Unfortunately we are not attending any MNSSHP this year...but hoping to next year, we have never been to this party and heard many good things about it. I hear it is much better than the MVMCP party (which we are going to for the first time in December).

Never said it was new. Not everybody lives in Central Florida and gets to see it whenever they want.

Hmmmmm, let's see.....

Every year we have the Osbourne Lights, but it's news what date they start.
Every year the is the Flower & Garden, and Food & Wine, but it's news when it starts and what's offered each year.

I talk to many, many guests, some very knowledgeable, some not so much.
I guarantee you, most do not know about The Headless Horseman.
So, I posted it here, for those who may have never seen or heard of it.
I marked it SPOILER for those who would rather see it in person, or maybe have tickets for one of the upcoming MNSSHP.

So, I feel this is "News"

Rumor:The headless horseman has a head some think it may be a pumpkin!

Rumor: The headless horseman may just be a costume?

Rumor: I was told by a reliable rumor monger the horse is not anamatronic (sorry about the spelling)

Rumor: After Halloween the headles horseman goes back to work in congress

Thank you for the post. I enjoyed the video. We attended MNSSHP last year but, didn't get to make it this year. Watching it reminded us of the fun we had.
And, for what its worth to us MNSSHP is news.

I remember being at the MNSSHP a few years back, and when the HH came down the street, he was FLYING on that horse, at like what appeared to be a full gallop to me! This HH was much more sedate. Still cool though....

We were there also that night...but up in Frontierland....I think we built it up too much for our kids, their response was "that was IT???" But we thought it was cool. I have video of him too, it's so cool to see the flashes going off in the crowd, and then he appears.
