You don't NEED a gun if no one else has one. The only people who have guns here need them for their job eg policemen and farmers or have them illegally which is pretty difficult to do

and of course "i have the right to bear arms!!!!! SECOND AMENDMENT!!!!" even though that amendment was made when the US had no official army and was about forming a militia if the US was attacked and is therefore outdated

My theory is that Prince Adam was 21 when he was cursed and that time froze within the castle. This is because the stain glass windows and torn tapestry portray him as much older than 11 and Chip is not ten, he's more around the age of five, so if the curse had been on the castle for 10 years and the inhabitants of the castle aged normally then Chip would have been born as a cup. Also the only indication we are given that it has been ten years is from Lumierre "ten years we've been rusting, needing so much more than dusting" is it impossible to think he may be exaggerating?
