I hate when teachers randomly call on people to answer questions, or use Popsicle sticks or note cards with names on them to call on people.

My hand it not raised for a reason... whether I know the answer or not, I'm deathly afraid of getting it wrong so I will not raise my hand, I do not want to answer the question.
