I wish I could remember what I looked like for my first Halloween. I doubt my grandparents took me out when I was a baby, so I'm guessing we started when I was five.

The year before that I was sick, so I didn't go...also, my Tata was out of town getting meds. He brought some weird apple candy when he came back!

I had this grim reaper/black outfit with ribs showing. I loved it...

I didn't have a mask that year, just black and white make-up. I did see myself, but I can't remember. I only really care because I'm wondering if it was like Day Of The Dead-like or something. The Halloween thing in town is/was recorded each year/aired later on the local channel...I watched it, but I really can't remember.

I asked my mother if we/they ever did anything for Day Of The Dead. She said no.

I know we'd light candles at home in Ajo/clean the graves of family...but I guess my mother never did anything? Lol.
