Nope. They want 16 teams in it. Texas A & M wants to join because of Texas and their own tv channel, but I don't really know about the other two. Florida State hasn't been in the ACC too long.

It definitely is. We usually do MMs where you play just one person, and on occasion we have couples MMs where you can play as two people.
