George IV was the Regent King, which means he was just standing in. Acting king because his dad, George III had gone barking mad. Great palaces he did design. Buckingham was one, you'll find. Art and fashion, he so rated. But wives was much more complicated. Actress and duchesses, the great loves of his life. He loved more girls than he ate pies, but he couldn't stand his wife.

He only married Queen Caroline, when his debts began to climb, because if he agreed to tie the knot, his dad said he'd pay off the lot. But the wedding caused all sorts of strives, cause he already had a wife. A divorced Catholic, his dad did sigh. But the mad old goat just wouldn't die!

As true king, his reign began. Though he was now older than your nan. And as the ruler of our nation, he banned his wife from his coronation. And knowing now that he did hate her, she promptly died just three weeks later. But all those pies that he got through meant ten years later, he died too. Actresses! Duchesses! The great loves of his life. He loved more girls than he ate pies, but he couldn't stand his wife. He had just ten years on the throne, do you remember that? No, all that you remember is he was really fat...

L0L we had a concert at school today. some singer/dancer and his backup dancers came from NYC to do an assembly about bullying, but it turned out he sang Usher, Taio Cruz, and Katy Perry for us instead. Not sure how it had ANYTHING to do with bullying but it was hilarious because the dude wasn't good at singing, it got us out of class for 45 minutes, and this one dude was sitting in the middle of the audotorium and he stands up and starts dancing and fist pumping trying to mock the guy on stage.
