You might be more successful asking for a certain building, 4th floor, and lake side. If you just ask for a certain room number and they don't have it available, then they don't know why you wanted that particular room and won't be able to find a close substitute.Hi,
I'm planning a trip for January and will probably be staying at the POP. I was wondering how successful people have been with room requests? I'm going to ask for a room between 2450-2460 as I believe these offer a view of some of Epcot's fireworks.
What are the chances of them honouring my request?
Sorry if this has already been asked, this is a massive thread and far too big to read all of it (though I'm trying!)
I'm not terribly interested in a swap because that just sounds like too much work.
We'll most likely either use a cooler or buy a little fridge since we can always use it later in our basement. The only problem is finding room for it in the car.
- or just a slow time.

We are staying in a standard room and I would like to request a room close to the main building. What buildings/floors should we request?
