When is everyone going? We'll be there 8/24-9/1.

I think you will love Pop. I to was use to Deluxe resorts but Pop has turned into my fav. The only thing I miss about Deluxe is being close to Epcot. We use to just walk over from BW and grab dinner, even if that wasn't were we were spending the evening.

We found the bus system in May 09 at Pop was great, better then BW in Nov 03 and May 08. So not being that close to Epcot for us wasn't that big of a deal.

You will love pop we usally stayed moderate or Deluxe. We love it and the price.

I think Jersey week is the week before...

My group is 3 late 20-early30s. We picked that week since the 12th is my birthday and we'd prefer to go Wednesday to Tuesday.

We picked those dates hoping to miss Jersey week & Southwest has their best prices on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Southwest airlines is available ab POP now. We used it last year & it was great.

Even tho I live about 30 mins from Disney World, I just booked my 3rd Solo Trip/2nd time to MVMC Party.

Still do not have my AP, waiting for Disney to come out with monthly payment plan the first of the year for Florida people.

I have been in florida for 1 month and I LOVE IT will never go back to Ohio.

Hope Disney comes out with the FREE QS for December. Has anyone heard yet?

Staying at Pop for first time Oct 7-12th....what are the good things people say about the buses??

POP has bus service to the parks that it does not share with other Dis resorts. Some of the resorts like AllStars share buses which I have found to take longer to get to/from the parks. And in my experiences, the POP buses run every 20 min almost always!

We're heading down in just a couple of weeks for our third stay at Pop Century. Always good bus service there. The only exception is at park closing when the volume is just to high for Disney buses to handle. We like the food court at Pop too. I appreciate how the buildings are all arranged relatively closely to the main building. Smart design IMO.

We are staying at POP Sept. 10th-17th! Seven nights of magical fun. We've stayed at Pop before and LOVE IT!! Frankly, we love everything Disney. We've already been to the Disney store here in our city just to pick up a few things for the trip, and it's 4 months away. We've got to get our Disney fix somehow between now and then.

ITA. The bus service and layout of the resort are the two things that really set Pop apart for my family. Both issues are very important to us, and I've stayed in enough Disney resorts to really appreciate how good these two aspects are in Pop.

A question for you Pop experts. We have an ADR at AK at 8 am. Are there cabs waiting outside the hotel that early or should we just leave early enough to take a bus?

We also had an 8:00 ADR at AK about a week ago...didnt notice any cabs but we were honestly not looking for one...caught the 7:00am bus and got there in plenty of time!

Thanks for the info! We'll probably just take the bus, just worried about my brother and the kids moving slow in the morning.

I move slow every morning except when I'm in WDW.

Isn't it so funny how that happens! We set the alarm for 7:00 and at 6:30 my eyes pop open and I'm jumping up and down for my husband to WAKE UP! He says, ' But the alarm was set for 7,' and I say, ' No! Let's go now!'
