I believe there has only been one size mug for a few years now, but last year had two styles, and the one I have has a smaller looking bottom and is white on the bottom. But I think they all hold about the same amount.

Are the king rooms all handicapped accesable?

Thanks, I read the whole first page, but somehow missed that. I have req king beds at AsMu twice, with no luck. Thinking about staying at pop this time, and having kings available that aren't hca would be a kicker.

I'm thinking about switching from ASMu family suites to 2 connecting rooms at Pop. Anybody have an opinion? There are 6 of us and we would want to be close to the main building and bus stop.
Thanks!

Testing. Keep getting a fatal error when I tried to click on the link for this thread via my email or going to the last page via the disboards. Not having this problem with any other threads. Nevermind, seems to be working now. Don't know what the problem was.

just read all the info. thanks. we will be there shortly!

is it still true that there are no slip guards/mats in the tubs? if not i need to buy one and bring along for the kids.

Could anyone tell me if they still put balloons and a card in your room if you ask? as its my bfs birthday while we are there thanks x:goodvibes:lovestruc:)

Still true, no slipguards or mats in the tubs, though I think the bottom may be slightly textured....

I don;t think they ever did it on request. I have heard a few have gotten them for there b-day or anniversary here and there over the years. But nothing recently.

They did do it for us the last time we were there. We stayed at ASMu and spoke to the front desk when we checked in and also called the day we wanted it done just to be sure!

Can you please describe what you mean by "close"? Then I'll tell you the distances at Pop (ultimate point being, everything's relatively close).

I was pretty sure I had a link to a property distance map in Post #1, and sure enough, I do! Simba77 was gracious enough to create it. So to help you make a decision, you might want to check it out. It does have a specific end point, which is the bus stop, but that's still very close to Classic Hall, the hub of it all. :)

My kids had POP put a card and balloon in my room in 2006 for my birthday. It was of Donald with a photo and signature. It didn't make it on my birthday, but it came the next night. My kids were all bummed the night of my birthday, but then were excited the next night.

How cool is that! I wish there was one for every resort!

Thanks for the great info!
