I wanted to start a thread to build an answer key. This builds off the original thread that was started before the hunt.

The question booklets can be found here: http://disneypodcast.net/thehunt.htm

Also: Good Morning Dew Drop has manually typed the questions out for you to take along on your next trip; that will make it a LOT easier to organize/group the questions by land/area....
Magic Kingdom
Animal Kingdom
Studios
Epcot.

The final answer keys from the hunt are broken out by park below. Each one is as complete as I think it can get, given that we didn't necessarily know what the scorers were looking for, and some exhibits had changed since the hunt questions were developed. If you see an answer you don't think is correct, please feel free to suggest an alternative. I would ask, though, that you include a picture so we can review it.

Finally: my thanks to EVERYONE who provided answers, suggestions, or contributions. I know I appreciate it, and I'm sure the community does as well. :)

We're going to try and make updates to the *current state* of the answers. See page 9 for each of the up-to-date-as-we-know-them answer keys!

I have to disagree with MK 9 - above you have Florida as the answer - the question is besides the stars and stripes, the letter D and the castle what other flag flies in Town Square?

I believe the correct answer is Mickey Mouse - a flag with his face flies above the train station in one of the corners.

Yeah I agree with you. We ended up throwing that out there as a guess but we double-checked it on the way out and it was right.

Touche'! :thumbsup2 I know I have some mistakes in there (some because I remembered it incorrectly, some because I was just plain wrong)....that's why I thought it would be worth the effort to create an answer key.

Way cool

Good call on these. And I remember T. Kirk now. I'm sure that was right. And I remember now that i was walt disney.

Here's the flag supporting MK #79

This is the shark display in EPCOT's Living Seas that supports two questions:

Over in the studios, there was a question about Gertie:

And there were two questions in AK related to these posters:

And here's a link to some details - and pictures - of Frontierland that address a bunch of questions in the MK http://disneyshawn.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html

We finally found the yellow monkey holding a block! We looked all over on hunt day, couldn't find it. Asked people at the results, and the people we asked never saw it. We went back on Wed, and looked...no luck.

Today we were waiting for our Toy Story fastpass window to open, and we were standing in the shade just inside the Pixar Place area, on the Backlot Tour side. On the right side of the street, if you enter that way, just behind the bridge thingy, is a tree. The branches are mostly obscuring the block. Anyway, he's holding an "L"

I'll be able to post the pics I took, post-hunt and our answers on Wed. But we were happy to finally find that darn monkey!

We actually couldn't find the monkey when we looked for it either. It just so happened that we passed through the area again later on our way back to Lights Motors Action when I looked up and saw it just in time. You're right, the branches do obscure the block completely if you're walking into Pixar Place from the other side.

That reminds me, did anyone come up with a tinker toy instead of a jump rope as the answer to #31 in Hollywood Studios? The question wanted to know what object Mr. Spell was tied to, not tied with. He was tied TO a tinker toy WITH a jump rope, or at least that was my rationalization.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Gives me something to type out and have the kids do on our next trip. Even if it takes us a few trips to find the answers... its something neat to do.

On the day of the hunt, I was looking for the monkey, and stepped out of the way into the shade. I looked up and saw a couple of monkeys, then realized there was a yellow one holding a block slightly obscured from view. That was tricky.

As for #31, you're right it is what is he tied *to*. I'll fix the answer accordingly. Thanks!

Well cool, I found someone who agrees with me! I really wonder which one D23 considered to be the correct answer though, and I bet they probably counted "jump rope". I guess this is why they didn't want to give us the real answers. It's much easier to score the answer sheets without people trying to rationalize everything they say lol.

We put "jump rope" as our answer - nothing else even dawned on me but now you've got me thinking. Wish we knew which one was "right"!

Norway had the sign with the crown, which is found in the UK Rose and Crown, which has the red phone booths nearby. Canada is the other pavilion with a red phone booth. Never noticed it before

AK
76 Think the answer was Clayton
78 we added up to 1600 and wrote down #16 from the park but was confused about it since the question seemed like the numbers would add to something else.
